1. Soluna service

Soluna provides tools related to meditation, mindfulness, astrology, numerology, personal reflection and related educational or entertainment content.

2. Not professional advice

Astrology, numerology, meditation and other content provided through Soluna are intended for personal reflection, education and entertainment. Soluna does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Soluna, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, abuse other users or use the service in violation of applicable law.

5. User content

If Soluna allows you to publish posts, comments, images or other content, you remain responsible for that content and must have the necessary rights to share it.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Certain features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Pricing, billing periods, renewals and cancellation rules will be presented before purchase and may also be governed by the relevant app store.

7. Intellectual property

Soluna, its design, branding, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Soluna intellectual property to you.

8. Availability

We work to keep Soluna available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Changes to the service

Features may be added, changed or removed as Soluna develops. We may also update these Terms when necessary.

10. Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect users, the service, our legal rights or to address violations of these Terms.
